Description:A large, decorative arch set into the wall of what recently were public toilets. The arch holds a circular window above two arched windows. The inner aspect of the top of the arch, under the decorative brick work, holds an inscription. In between the two lower, arched windows is what appears to be a brown glazed ceramic pipe topped with a capital of composite order. In front of the arch is a cast iron water pump, now not functioning.
