Description:Courthouse, wing and entrance porch have moulded stone copped gables and moulded stone kneelers. A slightly projecting central feature on the front of courthouse contains a large window; 3 lights wide with stone mullions and 2 upper transoms under a full width segmental arched head all within a moulded stone rectangular frame with crowning cornice. A panel with ogee ends linked by a stone string course contains an armorial shield with date. Above the clock turret with stone quoined battered angles and clock faces to front and sides at top is crowned by an octagonal timber bellcote with copper ogee cap and finial.
Inscription:Bronze plaque affixed to the front of the building at eye level, raised letters:

THE TOWER AND CLOCK
WERE ERECTED
BY PUBLIC SUBSCRIPTION
IN MEMORY OF
GEORGE BURROW GREGORY
OF BOARZELL
WHO DIED
5TH OF MARCH 1892
