Description:Faces north west on grassed area at the side of the road. Erected to commemorate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee. Stone obelisk with acroteria-like top and trough. The spout is of patinated iron and has the form of a lion's head. The handle has the form of its tail.

Some small chips to the corners of the base of the pump. Handle is functional although no water flow. Top of pump, SE face, small oval inset metal plaque appears to be missing.
