Description:A brick and tile circular base set in the centre of a garden. The gnomon is in the form of a stylised male face. The numbers are inscribed on stone blocks that are set onto the base. The motto is inscribed on the face of these stone blocks.
Inscription:The motto is spelled out on the face of each of the blocks with numbers inscribed:

Metal plaque on the upper face of the base:
