Description:Large clock with four faces set on top of a tapering metal obelisk set on a base. The clock is surmounted by a weather vane. The whole structure is painted in green and gold.
Signatures:On each of the clock faces, text running circular:

Inscription:On two opposing sides of the base, raised metal letters painted gold on black background:
