History: | Unveiled by Lt. Col. W.R. McKee, TK, JP. Chairman of West Sussex Planning Committee. An introductory speech was given by Michael Wates of Wates Group Ltd. The Construction and Development Company. The sculpture was erected at the start of the development but was then removed by Wates prior to the final phase was complete. |
